Green Day Side Project Pinhead Gunpowder Reveals North American Tour Dates

Green Day’s side project, Pinhead Gunpowder, revealed a round of fall 2026 tour dates.

Th 12-date run kicks-off at Minneapolis’ First Avenue on October 7. From there, they’ll appear in Toronto, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Portland, appearing at venues along the way like New York City’s Irving Plaza, Pacific Electric in Los Angeles, and Detroit’s Saint Andrew’s Hall before wrapping-up at Garden Amphitheatre in Garden Grove, California on November 11.

Throughout the tour, Night Shop will provide support for the Midwest and east coast dates, while Constant Insult will open the show for west coast dates.

The offshoot band, featuring frontman Billie Joe Armstrong and touring guitarist Jason White, recently resurged in 2024 with the record Unt following a 16-year break. At the time of the release, they noted that they agreed writing songs in 1990, but since 2010, “we’ve just been playing for ourselves” and “remembered how we’d made the music for each other in the first place.”

Pinhead Gunpowder is rounded-out by drummer Aaron Cometbus and bassist Bill Schneider.
